Step 1: Fold the corner of an 8 x 11 piece of paper to create a square
Step 2: Use scissors to cut the remaining strip of paper off
Step 3: Fold the two side down until they meet the center
Step 4: Fold down the two sides towards the center once more
Step 5: Begin to open up the two folds
Step 6: Cut slits on four sides of the folds as shown in the image
